Amitabh Bachchan does a cameo in Anurag Kashyap's Ghoomketu

Ghoomketu is an upcoming Bollywood comedy film, directed by Pushpendra Misra. The film features Nawazuddin Siddiqui as the protagonist. The actor will be seen in a comic role for the first time in his career. The film also features filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, who will be seen in a full-fledged comedy role of a police officer.

Amitabh Bachchan will be seen in a special appearance in 'Ghoomketu'. Amitabh posted a few photographs from the shoot on his official blog on Sunday and shared the news about his presence in the comedy directed by Pushpendra Mishra. "Those images from the Blog are an entire day's work professionally. They belong to a cameo that I am doing for film titled 'Ghoomketu', being produced by Vikramaditya Motwane and his Company, which also includes Anurag Kashyap."

The story revolves around an aspiring writer (played by Siddiqui) who travels all the way from Lucknow to Mumbai to be a part of films.
