The makers of the upcoming Keerthy Suresh and Mysskin film have unveiled the title poster — and the film is officially titled Sathyavan Savithiri. Directed by Praveen S Vijay, the title poster features Keerthy Suresh standing out in pink amidst a sea of black-coated lawyers, with sindoor adorning her forehead — a visual that immediately evokes the mythological tale the title draws from.

The original legend of Savitri tells the story of a devoted wife who uses her wit and determination to bring her husband Sathyavan back from the clutches of Yama, the God of death. Translated into a contemporary courtroom setting, the film promises an intense legal drama with deep mythological undertones. Mysskin is expected to play a lawyer in the film. Notably, Keerthy Suresh previously portrayed the legendary actress Savitri in her celebrated biopic Mahanati.

The film also stars Charukesh of Heart Beat fame, Bala Saravanan, and Shilpa Manjunath. Sam CS composes the music, with cinematographer Arul Vincent, editor Prasanna GK, and art director Kuzhithurai Ravees rounding out the technical crew. The film is backed by Vedikkaranpatti S Sakthivel and Umesh Kumar Bansal, co-produced by Akshay Kejriwal and Vivek Chandar M, with Zee Studios and Drumsticks Productions presenting.
