Prime Video has announced that the highly anticipated Tamil suspense drama series Exam will premiere on May 15. The seven-episode series stars Dushara Vijayan and Aditi Balan in lead roles, with Abbas in a key role.

Written and directed by A Sarkunam, Exam follows a determined young woman with a mysterious past who infiltrates the dangerous world of a Regional Public Service Exam scam to expose a powerful paper-leak network. As she digs deeper, she uncovers corruption embedded within the education system itself — and must bring it down before it destroys the dreams of an entire generation.

Creative producers Pushkar and Gayatri, speaking about the series, described it as a story about ambition, injustice, and moral crossroads — centered around a young woman who refuses to remain powerless in a system stacked against her.

Exam reunites Pushkar-Gayatri's Wallwatcher Films with Prime Video — a partnership that previously delivered Suzhal — The Vortex and its second season, as well as Vadhandhi Season 1. The duo is also currently working on Vadhandhi Season 2, starring M Sasikumar, Yashwanth, Anagha Maruthora, Aparna Das, and others.
