Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra is a Malayalam-language superhero film that released in theaters on August 28, 2025. Lokah starring Kalyani Priyadarshan in the lead went on to collect a whopping Rs. 300 Cr+ worldwide, making it the highest grossing Malayalam film of all time, and one of the highest-grossing Indian films featuring a female lead.
A sequel to Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra titled Lokah Chapter 2, and starring Tovino Thomas in the lead was announced on September 27, 2025. Now, Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra is all set for a digital premiere, and JioHotstar has officially announced Lokah's OTT release date as October 31, 2025 (Friday).
Written and directed by Dominic Arun and produced by Dulquer Salmaan under his banner Wayfarer Films, Lokah stars Kalyani Priyadarshan as Chandra, a mysterious woman who arrives in Karnataka, India and gets entangled with a gang involved in organ trafficking. The film also features Naslen in dual roles, Sandy Master, Arun Kurian and Chandu Salim Kumar, with Sunny Wayne, Tovino Thomas, and Dulquer Salmaan making cameo appearances.

Lokah has Jakes Bejoy for music, Nimish Ravi for cinematography, Chaman Chacko for edits, and comes with a runtime of 151 minutes. Lokah: Chapter 1 - Chandra will be available to stream in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, and Marathi languages.
