Actor Pawan Kalyan's next which tentatively goes by Production No: 12 or PSPK - Rana movie has gotten a new addition. Nithya Menen has joined the project as its female lead and she will be seen playing Pawan Kalyan's wife in the movie.

Production No: 12 is the official Telugu remake of 2020 Malayalam hit Ayyappanum Koshiyum which was written and directed by the late Sachy. Rana Daggubati is reprising Prithviraj's role from the original where as Nithya Menen is reprising actress Gowri Nanda's. 

Pawan Kalyan plays an upright police officer in the movie who gets into ego clashes, when a retired army havildar (Rana) settles in his village. Sithara Entertainments is bankrolling the Telugu remake where as Saagar K Chandra is directing it.
