2019's Kannada hit Bell Bottom is coming to Hindi and Tamil with totally different stars and teams and if sources are to be believed then both the movies might even have similar release plans. Hindi Bell Bottom starring Akshay Kumar is currently scheduled to release in April, 2021 but there are talks that the movie will be pushed to June, 2021. 

Tamil Bell Bottom starring Kreshna Kulasekaran and Mahima Nambiar in the lead is currently in post-production and word is that this version is looking at releasing between March and April 2021. Bell Bottom is a crime comedy based on a short story penned by Dayanand TK and follows a constable who is a detective at heart. 

The Tamil version is directed by Sathya Siva and produced by KN Enterprises.
