OTT platform Netflix has dropped the trailer for its upcoming original The Girl on the Train which is the Bollywood adaptation of a novel of the same name. The video shows us that Parineeti Chopra as Mira Kapoor in the movie is suspected of murdering Aditi Rao Hydari, a stranger she watches everyday while travelling on a local train. 

Kriti Kulhari is the investigative officer of the murder and she discovers that Chopra's character also suffers from amnesia. Ribhu Dasgupta has directed The Girl on the Train and Reliance Entertainment has produced it. The film is all set to premiere on Netflix on February 26, 2021.
