OTT platform Amazon Prime Video's popular Hindi series Mirzapur is returning for a season 2 and on Monday it was announced that a new trailer for Mirzapur 2 will be unveiled on October 6, 2020 at 1 PM. Only recently, a teaser was unveiled which showed Guddu (Ali Fazal) out to avenge the death of his brother Bablu (Vikrant Massey) and wife Sweety (Shriya Pilgaonkar).

Guddu's nemesis Munna (Divyendu Sharmaa) and Kaleen Bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) too appear in the background. Mirzapur is a story of politics, power and season 2 will will premiere on October 23, 2020.
Directed by Gurmmeet Singh and Mihir Desai, the series also stars Shweta Tripathi Sharma, Rasika Dugal and Vijay Varma while it is produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Media & Entertainment. .
