Mohit Suri will be directing the sequel of his hit 2014 Bollywood film 'Ek Villain'. The star cast of the film has been finalised. Tara Sutaria of 'Student of the Year 2' fame is the latest to join the cast which includes John Abraham, Disha Patani, Aditya Roy Kapur. 

A report in Mumbai Mirror confirms that Tara Sutaria has been cast opposite Aditya Roy Kapur in the sequel titled 'EK Villain 2' while Disha Patani will be seen romancing John Abraham.  The director and his team will go on a recce soon  his team are set to take off to a recce. The action thriller will be bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar and Ekta Kapoor. The sequel will start rolling in the middle of this year and will hit the screens on January 8, 2021.

EK Villain is a  psychological thriller film directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Balaji Motion Pictures. Sidharth Malhotra, Riteish Deshmukh and Shraddha Kapoor played the lead roles. The story is about a hardened criminal whose terminally ill wife is murdered by a sadistic serial killer.
