Sathyam Cinemas' audience in Royapettah, Chennai will soon have an addition to the mode of transport available to their beloved hangout spot, for a Metro station will soon come up near the movie theater. According to a report in The Hindu, the station will be located on Whites Road, and will be a part of the corridor that will link Madhavaram and SIPCOT.

The station will be connected to the Thousand Lights Metro station and commuters will have to walk only a few minutes to get to the theater. Construction work on the same will be tendered soon and the transport facility is in the hopes of being added at the earliest.
