Vijay Devarakonda has started shooting for his new film in Mumbai today. The untitled film marks his tenth film and is directed by Puri Jagganadh, Charmee Kaur, Apoorva Mehta and Karan Johar. The film will be presented by Karan Johar's Dharma movies which will be funding the Hindi version as well. Charmee Kaur made the announcement on her Twitter page and also shared few pictures from the sets.

Touted to be a pan-Indian film, it will release in Hindi and all south Indian languages. Vijay Devarakonda underwent rigorous training and flew to Thailand to learn mixed martial arts and other fight forms for his role. Ramya Krishnan, Ronit Roy, Vishu Reddy, Aali and Getup Srinu are also part of the cast.
Meanwhile, Vijay is awaiting the release of World Famous Lover which will hit the screens for Valentine’s Day. He also has a film titled Hero under the direction of Anand Annamalai, which is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers.
