Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay DevgN who have earlier worked together as co-stars have teamed up for the first time as actor and producer respectively. Bachchan will be starring in a film titled The Big Bull, which is a production venture of Devgn and the movie went on floors today. Taking to his social media account, Bachchan announced, "The Big Bull. Now filming."

Ileana D'Cruz plays female lead in this movie which is directed by Kookie Gulati and is said to be based on the life of Harshad Mehta, an infamous stockbroker who was arrested in the securities scam (also called the Mehta scandal) of 1992. Mehta was convicted for his part in a financial scandal valued at Rs.4999 Cr. which took place in the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and was in criminal custody in Thane before his death in 2001.
