Actor Sibiraj's last release Sathya was one of 2017's critically acclaimed movies (remake of the Telugu hit Kshanam) and the song Yavvana became so popular that it even had a special mention in MovieCrow's list of Best Music from that year. Sibiraj recently signed another movie with the same team again and this yet untitled project will be produced by Dhananjayan. 

Interestingly Sibiraj's father Sathyaraj will also be a part of this film which will be directed by Pradeep Krishnamoorthy, have dialogues by John Mahendran and music by Simon K King. An official announcement on the rest of the cast and crew is expected to follow.
