The makers of Laal Kaptaan have unveiled the first glimpse teaser of Saif Ali Khan on the occasion of his 49th birthday today. Saif Ali Khan essays a role of a 'Naga Sadhu' and his look is intense as well as intriguing. The film is set to hit the screens on October 11, 2019 for Dussehra. The film which was initially slated for release on September 6 has now been postponed.

Laal Kaptaan touted to be a revenge drama is directed by Navdeep Singh of 'NH10' fame. Mukkabaaz actor Zoya Hussain and Manav Vij are also part of the cast. The film is produced by Eros International and Aanand L Rai's Colour Yellow Productions,
Saif Ali Khan is currently seen on the second season of Netflix’s Sacred Games. The second season has also received rave reviews from critics.
