The shooting of Akhil Akkineni's upcoming film tentatively titled Akhil4 kick-started in Hyderabad on Monday. Geetha Arts made the announcement on social media.

Akhil 4 will be directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. The technical crew of the film includes GopiSunder for music and Pradeesh Varma for cinematography. The film is produced by Bunny Vas and Vasu Varma under the banner GA2 Pictures. The film will be presented by Allu Aravind.

Three films old Akhil Akkineni is desperate in need of a career-defining hit as he is yet to taste box office success every since his debut in Tollywood. The actor who has been receiving a lot of criticism from film to film has been struggling hard to live up to the expectations of the audience and establish himself as a bankable actor.
