Following the Hindi version of The Lion King trailer, which gave us a glimpse of actor Shah Rukh Khan's voice-over for Mufasa, the makers have now released a mini-video which gives us a tease of how his son Aryan Khan as Simba would sound in the movie.

From the likes of Karan Johar to SRK himself, many were seen gushing about Aryan's first step as an adult into the movies; Johar wrote,"Pardon my excitement! But Aryan is the first born in our family!!! And even just hearing his voice has made me so so excited !!!!! And without a bias he sounds amazing!!!!!" while SRK kept it simple writing, "Mera Simba.. #TheLionKing"

The Lion King Hindi which is directed by Jon Favreau, hits theater screens on July 19, 2019 and also features the voices of Ashish Vidyarthi (Scar), Shreyas Talpade (Timon), Sanjay Mishra (Pumbaa), Asrani (Zazu), Shernaz Patel (Sarabi), Neha Gharava (Nala) and Achint Kaur (Shenzi, the hyena) among others.
