Nandamuri Balakrishna is all set to team up with director KS Ravikumar for the second time after Jai Simha which turned out to be a box office hit. The new movie titled Ruler was officially launched with a formal pooja yesterday. 

Ruler will be an action entertainer, like their previous outing. The film will go on floors from July. Producer C Kalyan, who bankrolled Jai Simha, will fund this film as well. Chirrantan Bhatt will be scoring the music. The film is likely to hit the screens in January 2020 on Sankranti.  Jagapathi Babu will be the antagonist for Balayya's film. 

Balakrishna's previous films NTR Kathanayukudu and Mahanayakudu turning out to be disasters at the box office. The actor is also expected to team up with Boyaputi Srini for an action thriller film. However an official confirmation is awaited.
