The first look of Pataakha directed by Vishal Bhardwaj is out. Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan play the lead roles as sisters. Sanya Malhotra, who played Aamir Khan’s onscreen daughter Babita in the hit film Dangal, is playing a rural belle in this film. The first look poster features Sanya Malhotra and Radhika Madan in a fiery avatar.

Touted to be a comedy-drama, the film will focus on the true nature of the sisters’ relationship after they get married and live their separate lives. The film also features Sunil Grover in a pivotal role. Originally titled Chhuriyan, the film is said to be based on Charan Singh Pathik’s short story, Do Behnein.

The film is set to hit the screens on September 28. Pataakha will be clashing with Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma’s ‘Sui Dhaaga- Made In India’ at the Box Office.
