Last year, Bigg Boss Tamil was Vijay Television's highest viewed programme and it catapulted actress Oviya's stardom into a level that she never saw in films and earned a lesser known model like Aarav the tag of title winner and Rs. 50 lakh in cash. So it is no wonder that a frenzy surrounds the season 2 of this show, whose count-down was kick-started by host Kamal Haasan earlier today (The show will officially begin airing from Sunday i.e. tomorrow).
Though a prediction was going on for the show's contestants long before it even started, three celebrity names are so far confirmed to be a part of the show now. They are actor Mahath who is best known for his role in Ajith starrer Mankatha, actress Yashika Anand who made waves by starring in the adult comedy Iruttu Arayil Murattu Kuththu and actor Srinivasan aka Power Star, who from the beginning had confirmed his presence in the house.
