Bollywood actor Salman Khan was on Saturday released from the Jodhpur jail after being granted bail in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case in which he was sentenced to five years in jail. Two days after his release, Salman Khan took to Twitter to thank his fans for their love and support through his tough times.

Salman received a warm welcome by a huge crowd of fans outside the jail, at the airport and his house in Mumbai. The Dabangg star has reportedly visited a school for special children in the city and spent some quality time with the kids there. The actor had also partied with his Race 3 co-stars Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez on the occasion of Saqib Saleem's birthday.

Looks like Salman Khan is back to the normal grind after his release.  On the professional front, Salman Khan is all set to resume the shoot of Race 3 in Mumbai this week. Confirming the news to a leading daily, Race 3’s producer Ramesh Tauraní has said, “Salman will join the rest of the cast on the set this week to film a crucial sequence with Jacqueline (Fernandez).”

The team will also be shooting a song with the ensemble cast this month. The makers are recreating “Allah Duhai Hai” song from Race 2. The entire film shoot is expected to be wrapped by the end of this month.

The multi-starrer Race 3, the third installment of Race franchise directed by Remo D'Souza will be Salman Khan’s first release this year after the blockbuster Tiger Zinda Hai. The film also stars Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor, Saqib Saleem and Daisy Shah in the lead roles. It is set to hit the screens on June 15 on the occasion of Eid.
