Chirstopher Nolan's India Visit to be flanked by Mani Ratnam, Kamal Haasan, Santhosh Sivan among others

One of Hollywood's ace directors Christopher Nolan is making a trip to India between March 29 and April 1, about which he had announced at the beginning of this year. Nolan, who has directed modern classics like Memento, Insomnia, The Prestige, Inception, The Dark Knight Trilogy, Interstellar and Dunkirk is visiting Mumbai for a two-day event on preservation of films and is expected to be joined by Indian Film Celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Mani RatnamShyam BenegalKamal Haasan, Aamir KhanFarhan AkhtarAnurag Kashyap, and Santosh Sivan among others. 

Interestingly, Nolan, one of the few directors in this world to shoot and post-produce his movies entirely on film, will also be joined by Kodak CEO Jeff Clarke who will be seen talking about  restoring and working with the 70mm film. The event, Reframing The Future, will be hosted by the Film Heritage Foundation and its founding director Shivendra Singh Dungarpur will be seen presenting it. 

In addition to this roundtable by these coveted celebrities, Christopher Nolan’s Oscar-nominated Dunkirk will be screened on KODAK 70mm film. Kodak will also host a series of Super 8 and Super 16mm film workshops for enthusiasts and cinematographers.
