Alia Bhatt is celebrating her 25th birthday today. On the occassion of her birthday, Karan Johar, who is Alia Bhatt's mentor, guide and godfather, has surprised her fans by revealing two pictures of her from the 25th day shoot of her upcoming film Raazi. Interestingly, the trailer of the film will be released 25 days from today, i.e April 9 2018.

Raazi is directed by Meghna Gulzar. The thriller features her in the role of a Kashmiri girl who gets married to a Pakistani officer played by Vicky Kaushal. The film narrates a true story of an ordinary Indian girl who finds herself in extraordinary circumstances. The movie is based on Harinder Sikka’s novel ‘Calling Sehmat’. Raazi is produced by Vineet Jain, Karan Johar, Hiroo Johar and Apoorva Mehta. It is slated for release on May 11, 2018.
