Irrfan Khan's wife Sutapa Sikdar issues a statement on the actor's rare disease!

 

Almost a week after actor Irrfan Khan issued a statement in lieu of the speculations surrounding his health, the actor's wife Sutapa Sikdar has finally broken her silence on the issue as well. It all started when director Vishal Bhardwaj officially announced his film's postponement with Irrfan and Deepika Padukone due to both of their 'health problems.' Though Vishal had mentioned Jaundice to be the reason for Irrfan, rumours started doing the rounds that the Padma Shri actor has been diagonsed with a brain tumor called Gliboblastma Multiforme (GBM) Grade IV, which in other words, is called death on diagnosis. The actor and his family refuted these rumours, with Irrfan accepting about coming down with a 'rare disease' and requesting for privacy from the media. 



Now, almost a week later, his wife Sutapa Sikdar has written out a Facebook Post in which she speaks about Irrfan's unexpected diagnosis and how she and her family are focussing on battling this situation out. Read her heart-felt message here :
