Vijay - AR Murugadoss film to commence from January, 2018

In a recent interview, SPYder director AR Murugadoss has went on to reveal that his next film with Vijay would begin in January, 2018. Murudadoss also said that Thalapathy 62 / Vijay 62 (tentative reference as it is Vijay's 62nd film) is not a sequel to any of his earlier films, particularly his 2012's blockbuster Thuppakki that many were speculating it to be. 

Added to this, he revealed that the story and outline of Vijay's character in the film are ready and he would be working on the screenplay going ahead. News about Murugadoss teaming up with Vijay for the third time after Thuppaki and Kaththi broke out earlier this year, leaving the fans excited for yet another blockbuster. Now with an official word from the director himself, looks like the fans have a reason to rejoice.
