Actor Karthik joins Suriya's Thaana Serntha Kootam

Actor Suriya's 35th movie Thaana Serntha Kootam is close to completion with only a few scenes left to be shot. Surprisingly at this juncture, the team has a last minute addition to its cast for a small but crucial role in the movie. Veteran actor Karthik who was last seen crackling the silver screen alongside Dhanush in Anegan has now been roped in by director Vignesh Sivan for Thaana Serntha Kootam. Karthik is soom expected to begin shooting for his scenes in the film. 

Touted to be a hard-core entertainer, the movie has Keerthy Suresh playing the female lead and has a stellar cast of KS Ravikumar, Saranya Ponvannan, Ramya Krishnan, Anandraj, RJ Balaji, Kovai Sarala, Senthil, Thambi Ramaiah, Sathyan and Suresh Chandra Menon. ThaanaSerntha Kootam is produced by K.E. Gnanavel Raja (Studio Green) in association with Rajsekarpandian (2D Entertainment) and will be released by Lyca Productions.
