John Abraham to do Anees Bazmee's rom-com next?

John Abraham was off-late seen doing films like Dishoom, Force 2, Rocky Handsome, etc will now try tickling the audience's funny bone. As per reports in DNA, John and director Anees Bazmee are coming together for a romantic comedy that will go on floors later this year. Also, the makers are scouting for the lead actress is the film and Parineeti Chopra’s name is said to be contentions, states the report.

 This is not the first time John will be seen doing comedy, he has also been a part of comedy films like Welcome Back and Housefull 3 earlier, but the actor-producer has only been doing action films back-to-back off-late and this rom-com is likely to mark his comeback to the genre.

Currently, John is shooting for Parmanu-The Story of Pokhran, which is based on the 1998 Pokhran Nuclear Test. The film is co-produced by John Abraham and Prerna Arora, directed by Abhishek Sharma, and is slated to release on 8th December 2017.
