Fawad Khan's role in 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' chopped down

Karan Johar's upcoming romantic drama film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has been facing strong opposition due to the presence of Pakistani actor Fawad Khan. However, the latest buzz suggests that the filmmaker has now cut short Fawad Khan’s extended cameo in the film.

A report in Deccan Chronicle, states that Khan’s appearance has been heavily downsized. A source said, “As it is, Fawad had an extended cameo in the film. He plays the man who loves and leaves Anushka Sharma. Now his role is no more than a fleeting appearance”.

‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma. The film will see cameos by Shah Rukh Khan, Lisa Haydon and Alia Bhatt.
