Mastizaade Movie Review – Masti gets Sasti with this absolute Sunny Show!

Divay Agarwal

Mastizaade is nothing but a direction fusion of the gorgeous Sunny Leone’s skin show, clichéd one-liners and double meaning Whatsapp jokes! The audience wass already prepared for the adult humor that is going to come their way, but one thing that the director needed to understand is that you can’t make a film without a story.

The story opens with two self-confessed sex addicts Aditya Chotiya (Vir Das) and Sunny Kele (Tusshar Kapoor) being fired from their job for obscene ideas and them checking into a rehabilitation center ran by twin sisters Lily Lele and Laila Lele (Sunny Leone), who are themselves sex addicts. Add to this, there is Deshpremi (Shaad Randhawa), Lily’s wheelchair destined fiancéand their gay brother 'Son-Das' (Suresh Menon), which further confuses the plot for no reason. What leads from here is for you to watch!

The viewer doesn’t know where the film is going, he is clueless about the shit happening and the lame jokes at which he isn’t able to laugh. Only thing the viewer enjoys but doesn’t admit is Sunny’s gorgeous skin show.  We have successful adult comedies like American Pie and Van Wilder is the west butdirector MilapZaveri fails to create a similar impact. Words like “Lele, Kele, Lena, Dena,  Loongi, Doongi, Khada, Baitha” are the soul of the screenplay.

Talking about the performances, Sunny Leone sure is an eye candy and stunning to watch on screen but fails to create any impression with her acting skills. Vir Das is been known as a brilliant comic artist but the level of humor which is expected out of him is missing big-time. One can’t really criticize Tusshar Kapoor, one’s got to do something for a living.

In all, the film has nothing funny to be told about but if you still wanna see Sunny’s hot scenes, then you could watch it on dvd or on the net. Don’t go to theaters for this one!
