Brothers Opening Weekend Box Office Collection

Brothers starring Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff in the lead roles is directed by Karan Malhotra. The film has received good reviews from the critics as well as audience. The film has minted Rs. 52.08 crore in its opening weekend.

This is Akshay Kumar's highest weekend and also for Sidharth Malhotra. The audience reactions to ‘Brothers’ have been very positive.

The film took an almost 40% jump on day 2, given that it was a National holiday on account of Independence Day. With this collection 'Brothers' records the second highest opening weekend of 2015 - the first spot being held by 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' which collected Rs. 102.6 crores.

Brothers is an official remake of the 2011 Hollywood film "Warrior". It is produced by Dharma Productions, Lionsgate, Endemol India.
