Sudeep confirmed in Vijay Chimbudevan film

Kannada actor Sudeep, who rose to fame with blockbuster Eega (Tamil Naan Ee), has reportedly signed Vijay’s next film to be directed by Chimbudevan. Sudeep is said to have been paid a huge sum as remuneration for this film. He has been roped in for a pivotal role which will be a "parallel" character to that of Vijay.  

Sudeep in a recent interview said, "It (Vijay 58) belongs to the adventure-fantasy genre. It's a very well-crafted script and the first of its kind for me.”

Vijay is currently busy shooting for Kaththi and will begin work on Chimbudevan’s film after wrapping Kaththi. It will be the first time that the actor would be teaming up with Chimbu Devan, who is known for making fantasy comedy entertainers. The film will be produced by Vijay’s PR manager Selvakumar and Shibu Shibu of Thameen Movies. 

It is not yet known as to who would be paired opposite to Vijay in this flick. Buzz is that Deepika Padukone and Shruthi Haasan are the contenders for the female leads.
