A production venture of Home Movie Makers, Siren revolves around Thilagan (Jayam Ravi) who is an honest ambulance driver in Kanchipuram. He gets falsely accused and sentenced to life for murdering his wife, Jennifer (Anupama Parameswaran) and his friend Kathir (Vignesh Shanmugam). 14 years later, Jayam Ravi comes out in parole for 14 days to avenge the wrongdoings.
