Nazriya files complaint - Naiyaandi Insider Report

Nazriya Nazim is expected to file complaint about her own Naiyaandi team for using a body double for a scene she refused to act. It has come as a surprise because the director Sargunam's movies are known for family-friendly treatment devoid of any titillation scenes nor violence. 

Nazriya made the following statement "I have complained against the producer/director of Naiyaandi to Nadigar Sangham for cheating. They have used a body double to shoot the below scene without my permission. This is against contractual agreements. We will take legal action." 

Nazriya annoys Naiyaandi team

One of the Naiyaandi team members revealed a few incidents during the making of Naiyaandi. Whenever the director narrated a scene involving a love scene with Dhanush, Nazriya would immediately make a call to her significant other to explain the scene and get his permission. Nazriya was also known for suggesting some changes to the scenes if she felt uncomfortable. One such scene was involving the controversial use of body double. Nazriya's strict stance had apparently annoyed the cast and crew members involved in the movie. 

Will it be Nazriya's "Career Killing Move"?

Nazriya Nazim shot to fame with just one successful low-budget bilingual movie, "Neram". Even before her second movie Raja Rani was released, she was already touted as the next rising star. Naiyaandi team members believe that it would be suicidal move for Nazriya's career if she really lodges a complaint against the producer and director. 

Is Naiyaandi team playing a joke on fans?

Many of the industry people suspect that this controversy could have been done as form of last-minute promotions fitting the movie title "Naiyaandi". The movie has very low expectations and hype compared to the recent Dhanush movies. Hence, Naiyaandi team may have played this desperate trick on audience to grab some attention away from recent hit movies and upcoming "Vankkam Chennai" also releasing on the same day.
