The makers of Sivakarthikeyan's upcoming film Velaikkaran released a video recently, giving us a glimpse into the behind the scenes making of the Mohan Raja directorial. The film which is Sivakarthikeyan's 2nd with producer R.D. Raja of 24 AM Studios is the first of the actor's to have a making video released before the film's theatrical unveiling. The 7 minute video comprises of art director T. Muthuraj, cinematographer Ramji and the director explaining in detail about one of the main backdrops of the film that was erected on a land of 7.5 acres in 55 days.

Velaikkaran has been certified an U and is said to be a social drama. The movie has Nayanthara, Fahad Fassil, Sneha, Prakash Raj, RJ Balaji among others with Anirudh for music. The film will be hitting theatre screens on December 22, 2017.
