Written by Shahi Kabir, and directed by debutant Jithu Ashraf, Officer on Duty is set around a hot headed police officer named Harishankar alias Hari (Kunchacko Boban).
How he receives a complaint about a man named Chandrababu (Jagadish) trying to mortgage an imitation gold chain, leading Hari to investigate a series of gruesome crimes, and bringing Christy Savio (Vishak Nair) and gang to justice is what forms the rest of the story.
Officer on Duty has music by Jakes Bejoy. A production venture of Martin Prakkat Films, Officer on Duty comes with a runtime of 137 minutes.
