Mammootty is all set to play the role of role of the Chief Minister of Kerala in his next film titled 'One'. Touted to be a political film, Santhosh Viswanath of Chirakodinka Kinavukal fame has been roped in to wield the megaphone. Popular scriptwriters Bobby and Sanjay have penned the script.

According to reports, the film is set to go on floors on October 20 for a 15 days schedule in Ernakulam. The rest of the film will be shot in Trivandrum and Secretariat. Vishnu Unnikrishnan, Renji Panicker and Sreenivasan will be playing supporting roles.
