The official teaser of Suriya's upcoming film Bandobast (Kaappaan in Tamil) has been released by the makers. The film touted to be an action political thriller is directed by KV Anand. 

Mohanlal, Sayyeshaa, Samuthirakani, Arya, Boman Irani, Mayilsamy are also part of the cast. Mohanlal plays the role of a Prime Minister while Suriya essays the role of a first rank SPG (Special Protection Group) officer in the film. Bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the film has music by Harris Jayaraj. The film is likely to hit the screens on August 30.
