Director Alphonse Puthren's debut production venture Thobama had a first look release recently and the Premam gang of Siju Wilson, Krishna Shankar and Sharafudheen are playing the lead roles in it. Directed by  Mohsin Kassim, Thobama will be released by Global United Media and has music by Rajesh Murugesan. Touted to be a youth centric fun entertainer, the movie has Sunoj Velayudhan handling the camera and is produced in association with Sukumar Thekkepat.
