Akshay Kumar to do a cameo in Baby Sequel

Baby released last year and set new benchmarks in terms of slick action thrillers.  A sequel to the film is now being planned. This time Akshay Kumar to do a cameo role in this prequel.

According to DNA India, “Yes, it’s true. Neeraj (Pandey) is planning a sequel to ‘Baby’ and everything is being worked out. The script has been finalised… ‘Baby 2’ won’t be about Akshay’s character. ‘Baby 2’ will revolve around Taapsee Pannu’s character. The story will show her backstory of how she eventually became a special agent and will mainly be about her secret mission this time. Taapsee will have a powerful action role.”

Tapsee Pannu next film is ‘Pink’ along with Amitabh Bachchan. This film is directed  by Shojit Sircar. It is going to be a suspense thriller movie which has been shot in Delhi. Amitabh Bachchan is playing lawyer in the film. Kirti Kulhari, Andrea Tariang are also in the film.

This film is produced by Rashmi Sharma, Ronnie Lahiri, Shoojit Sircar. This film will be releasing on 16 September 2016.
