Varun Dhawan is fantastic, but the film is no match for the Salman Khan original

David Dhawan has tried to be faithful to the plot, for the most part. Some of it works, much of it doesn't. For instance, those who have watched the original Judwaa will remember the two policemen, played by Anupam Kher and Satish Shah, who were on the hunt for Raja. (more)

Sense is not its strong point but Varun Dhawan is Salman Khan 2.0

This is Judwaa 2�s strength. Director David Dhawan has cast right actors in right roles. That reminds me, the film also has Anupam Kher, Rajpal Yadav, Vivan Bhatena and Pawan Malhotra. Some solace there.(more)
