As reported previously, Dhanush will be making his third film as a director under his home production Wunderbar Films, and the project was officially announced with a poster today. Touted to be a love story, DD3 will star Dhanush's nephew Shravan Kumar in the lead, alongside former child actor Anikha Surendran. The film goes on floors from December 24, 2023 i.e. Sunday.

Senior actor Sarath Kumar, Mathew Thomas who was last see in Leo and actress Priya Prakash Varrier are also part of DD3's cast. We has previously reported that DD3 has GV Prakash for music; latest we hear the composer has already completed 3 songs for the movie.
