"Bad experiences with my previous films pushed me into own production" - Vikram Prabhu 

Ahead of the release of his 10th film and first as a producer, Neruppuda, Vikram Prabhu opens up for a brief chat, 

"Getting to a milestone number is always good. My move to get into production is a step forward in taking more control of my films and being more hands-on. Some bad experiences with my previous films pushed me into production actually. Being a hero is easier whereas here I was involved in the pre-production, script discussion and also now in the marketing, promotions and release planning."

Vikram Prabhu also added that the team took all precautions and had safety measures in place to make sure that the fire fighting scenes turned out without any glitches. The team members didn't encounter any injuries or mishaps as a result. Nikki Galrani is the heroine in Neruppuda, which releases this Friday.
