A recent social media interaction of Shah Rukh Khan's with his IPL cricket team Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) is going viral for the 'Badshah' of Bollywood is seen promising his team lunch with Rajinikanth if KKR ends up winning the trophy. It all began when Chennai based Tamil player Dinesh Karthik spoke of his fondness for the 'Superstar' actor and how he has met him only once while in passing. 

SRK who confessed he didn't know Dinesh liked Rajinikanth (he quickly added of course everyone likes Rajinikanth), turned it into a morale-boost session for him by declaring that if KKR ends up winning the IPL trophy (currently taking place in the UAE), the actor will make sure to treat them to a lunch with Rajinikanth post COVID-19.
