Thoongaavanam, the remake of Nuit Blanche, hadn't reached out to that Original. With few unaffecting and unimpressive changes done to the Screenplay, Kamal Sir fails delivering the connecting factor. Though not bad for a debut the Director couldn't do justice to the Original. As for other works, the Music, Editing, Cinematography didn't quite patch up to make this night to be a sleepless one. But the Movie thrived halfway, making it almost watchable for three-quarters.
