Rummy - A Predictable Game

Rummy falters big time in holding the attention of the viewer. Except for a brief while towards the climax there is no undercurrent tension in the audience which should have ideally been there for this film to make the much desired impact.

Rummy is often violent, with the strongman's underling slicing off the arm of a young man who dared to fall in love with a girl from his village. There is more bloodshed and gore to come, more revenge and brutality sometimes treated with arrogant casualness.
