The latest to join the social media bandwagon is none other than Kamal Haasan. We all know that he is up-to-date when it comes to film making. But, hardly a few would have anticipated our ulaganayagan to join the Facebook. It is not new to Hollywood or Bollywood since most of the big celebrities share their thoughts directly through twitter and facebook. In Tamil, none of the top actors including Rajini, Kamal, Vijay, Suriya, Ajith, Vikram are "officially" on facebook nor twitter. Dhanush is the most prominent one among the Tamil heroes who is active on twitter.

Kamal's unexpected entry into Facebook to coincide with Vishwaroopam's release shows his intent to leave no stones unturned as part of the promotions for his upcoming movie, which has an global appeal.
