Ajith turns a taxi driver, while Shruti Haasan goes to court for Thala 56?

Ajith's upcoming film with 'Siruthai' Siva, popularly referred to as Thala 56, went on floors in Chennai on May 7. The movie's shooting is progressing at a brisk pace. The recent shooting spot picture of Shruti Haasan in Thala 56 confirms that she plays a lawyer in the film. It is also said that Ajith will be playing a role of taxi driver in the movie.

Soori has been roped in to provide the comic relief, while Anirudh is scoring the music. The movie is produced by AM Ratnam's Sri Sai Ram Creations. The makers are planning to release the film for Diwali.
