Priyanka Chopra to team up with Fawad Khan in Mr.Chalu

Reema Kagti had announced her next project titled Mr. Chalu a while ago and the film is yet to start rolling. Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut were initially signed as the lead actors for Mr. Chalu. However both of them opted out of the project. The film which was supposed to go on floors in January didn't take off as the makers were hunting for new lead actors.

The latest we hear is that Priyanka Chopra has been brought on board as the leading lady while Pakistani hearthrob Fawad Khan will be playing the lead role. After hearing the script, Priyanka had immediately agreed to be a part of the project.

Mr. Chalu is expected to go on floors in September. The film is produced by Excel Entertainment.
