Dhanush-Vetrimaran's Kakka Muttai goes International

Kakka Muttai is jointly produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films and Vetrimaran's Grass root Film Company. The movie has been completed 5 months ago. However the makers decided to take it worldwide. The movie has been selected to be screened in Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). The movie will be screened Sep 5, 6 and 13.

'Kakka Muttai' is all about slum kids' desire for a pizza. Interestingly the 'Slumdog millionaire' went to TIFF premiere and then to Oscar to win the Academy Award. Let's hope 'Kakka Muttai' follows the similar path.
