Kamalhaasan's Dhrishyam remake kicks off with Pooja

The tamil remake of Malayalam blockbuster Dhrishyam kicks off in Chennai with a formal Pooja. Padmashree Kamalhaasan will act in the lead role in this yet-to-be-titled family thriller. Other casts yet to be finalized. Jeethu Joseph who directed the original does handle the Story, Screenplay and Direction. Dialogues will be penned by Jeyamohan, Kamal's lucky charm Ghibran has been retained for composing music in this movie as well after Uttama Villain and Vishwaroopam2.  The movie will be produced by Wide Angle Creations and Raj kumar Theatres Private Ltd. The movie goes on floors from August.

The versatile actor completed Vishwaroopam2 shooting and the special effect takes little bit time and delays the release of the movie. Uttama Villain is in its post production stage and possibly release for Diwali along with Vijay's Kaththi.
