Thirudan Police Songs Review

Yuvan is back with Attakathi Dinesh's "Thirudan Police". There is a lot of expectation riding on this album since the fans were expecting a different style from Yuvan who is back after a short-break.

1. “Ennodu Vaa” starts off along expected lines with singing and tune reminding us of Yuvan numerous albums. Only difference is that such a commercial number is not usually associated with Attakathi Dinesh, who is known for his realistic movies.

2. “Moodupanikkul” is filled with superficial techno sounds and heavily doctored voices. As a result, both Naresh Iyer and Roshini remain unidentifiable from start to end. Naresh's drawling voice makes you wonder if there were any recording issues.

3. “Pesadhe” is the track that you have been waiting for. It has Yuvan's stamp all over it. It reiterates Airtel Super Singer Hariharasudhan's untapped talent. Undoubtedly, this duet is the best song of the album by a mile!

4. “Dheivam” (Version 1) sung by Haricharan is simple on orchestration with enthralling bits and interludes, yet emboldening for the listener.

5. “Dheivam” (Version 2) is sung by SP Charan. The song is identical to version 1 except SP Charan is a tad bit more expressive in this song.

On the whole, except for one instantly catchy hit song (Pesadhe), Yuvan's dreary patch continues with this album .
